Diputación de Castellón has given the opportunity to 10 young future entrepreneurs to visit Brussels and learn first hand about the European Union’s opportunities in the field of entrepreneurship. This opportunity was an award in the framework of the Support Program for Young Entrepreneurs driven by the Economic Development Service of Diputación de Castellón.
During their visit, the participants have had the opportunity to meet with representatives of the European Commission and they did not missthe chance to meet with Partenalia. Paula Osés, Coordinator of the association, explained the advantages of participating in European associations and insisted to the youngsters in the importance of networking in Europe. They discussed the role led by Diputación de Castellón, who is the Vice-President of the association and the leader of the Tourism and New Technologies Working Group.
The entrepreneurs learned about many of the EU programmes addressed to them and about the future opportunities to be found during the next financing period 2014-2020.
