‘Charles V European Award’ goes to José Manuel Durão Barroso

In the meeting of the Jury of the ‘Charles V European Award’, that has been held on 23rd September 2013 in the Headquarters of the Presidency of the Government of the Region of Extremadura in Mérida, Spain, it has been decided to award the above mentioned Prize to José Manuel Durão Barroso, President of the European Commission.
