Partenalia will celebrate the 2nd of October the international conference in Peñíscola (Castellón, Spain).
The Professor of Administrative Law, Mr. Luciano Parejo Alfonso, from the Universidad Carlos III of Madrid (Spain), will focus his speech in the Spanish perspective.
Mr. Manuel Medina Guerrero, Professor of Constitutional Law of the University of Seville (Spain) will present the participants the European Perspective of the commitments of the local intermediate governments.
After the speeches, the participants will discuss with the speakers about the situation in different countries of Europe.
