Manual of European Programmes of Interest for Second-Tier and Local Administrations, 2007-2013

Partenalia has created a Manual of Community Programmes 2007-2013 which are of interest for local and second-tier authorities. This manual analyses the main European programmes of interest for local and second-tier administrations, territorial associations and communities. It is available in electronic format so that each member of Partenalia can edit and publish it, thus adapting it to its territory in such a way that it may serve as a useful and practical tool for spreading community programmes which encourage territorial communities to participate in the next open calls for proposals.
