Between 1 September and 30 November 2015, the 13th European Week of Regions and Cities-OPEN DAYS will be rolled through about 200 local events held by the 177 OPEN DAYS partner regions and cities in 31 European countries including in border regions participating in the European Cooperation Day.
In an effort to bring the message of the OPEN DAYS closer to citizens, each participating region and city organises at least one event locally. They target the general public, potential beneficiaries of EU regional policy, expert audiences, academics and the media and can take various formats such as conferences, workshops, radio/TV broadcasts or exhibitions.
