Ourense Provincial Council approved Partenalia Cáceres Declaration during the plenary session

Partenalia members signed in 2007 the Cáceres Declaration which asks for a higher participation of local intermediate authorities in the design and monitoring of the Operational Plans.

During the last Steering Group meeting in Badajoz the 25 and 26 February, members proposed to adopt the Declaration by each province during a Plenary session. The Ourense Provincial Council did so last week.
