Partenalia attends the final conference of the project Euquus

The association of local intermediate governments, Partenalia, participated last 15th of January in the final conference of the European project Euquus, which promotes of equestrian tourism, co-financed by the Competitiveness Framework Programme of the European Commission.

The partners of this project, whose main objective has been to develop and diversify the equestrian tourism, were the Diputació de Barcelona (Spain), the Fundació Destí Menorca (Spain), the Provincia di Salermo (Italy), the Chambre d’agriculture de la Dordogne (France), the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management (Croatia), and the private agents Only Raid SL, Far&Ride LTD (United Kingdom) and El Bronco Ranch (Hungary).

During this final act, the speakers emphasized in the interest of the current European Commission in the development of quality tourism, sustainable and innovative, the model of tourism proposed on this project, and in which all the public and private actors work jointly.

A new way of tourism that knows the interests of the visitors and has a global overview of the sector and not limits the offer to the interests of the European citizens.
