Partenalia, example of good practices to French and Belgium provinces

This week, Partenalia has been invited to share its good practices and 20 years of cooperation experience at the Espace Interrégional Européen Bretagne, pays de la Loire, Poitou Charentes in Brussels the framework of the 2014 Open days preparation sessions, a relevant meeting that brings together representatives of French and Belgian provinces as well as experts from other European countries.

The meeting focused on the cooperation among Local authorities taking into account the new needs and expectations, more specifically, the new challenges that the current economic situation has brought.

The event was mainly addressed to Local intermediate Governments, but also associations and other stakeholders interested in European programmes and projects.

The main objective of the meeting was to exchange good practices, establishing channels of cooperation and effective partnerships which can be promoted.

In this context, Vicente García, Partenalia’s officer in charge of European projects, presented the Association and all the benefits of networking for Local intermediate Governments at European Level.
