Partenalia meets the President of the General Council of Hautes-Alpes

In the context of the enlargement strategy of Partenalia, the 16th of May, 2013 Ms. Abraham-Thisse and M. Serge Hustache met with the President of the General Council of Hautes-Alpes in order to present the activities of our network and invite him to join the network.
