After several months of preparation, today, 1st December, the Committee of the Regions welcomes the First European Summit of Local Intermediate Governments in Europe, organized by Partenalia.
The President of the Committee of the Regions, Michel Lebrun, and the Vicepresident, Luc van den Brande, will participate in this Summit. Members of Partenalia, other representatives of local intermediate administrations and European associations will be also involved. The Charter for Multilevel Governance
Before the Summit, the President of Partenalia, Javier Moliner, will formally sign the Charter for Multilevel Governance in the Committee of the Regions.
