The president of the County Council of Castellón and president of the association of intermediate governments, Partenalia, Mr. Javier Moliner, attended the Executive Board of Partenalia in Brussels last October.
During this meeting, Mr. Moliner presented the main achievements of the project C4BI on improving procurement processes, and in which also participated the Camara Municipal Espinho (Portugal), Lublin City Office (Poland) and Staffordshire County Council (UK).
Promotion of research
According to the president, this project has created an instrument that not only will save costs to administrations, but also promote research, development and social cohesion.
The project C4BI has the aim to improve the consolidation of the internal market for public procurement, the technological innovation with social purposes, and the quality of public services.
President Moliner stressed the importance of the Final Conference of the project that will take place next 17th of December in Brussels, and requested the members of Partenalia to collaborate in the process of improving the dissemination of this project.
