President Mr. Moliner visited Brussels last week, where he officially invited representatives of the EU institutions to the European Summit of Local Intermediate Governments for Multilevel Governance within the Strategy Europe 2020.
Mr. Moliner met the President of the Committee of the Regions, Mr. Michel Lebrun, and one of the authors of the White Paper on Multilevel Governance, and the former President of the Committe of the Regions, Mr. Luc Van den Brande. Both have confirmed their participation in this Summit.
The European Confederation of Local Intermediate Authorities, CEPLI, has also confirmed.
