Partenalia has published the magazine of the I European Summit of Local Intermediate Governments, held at the Committee of the Regions. This event has been the biggest event organized by Partenalia since its foundation and it helped to emphasize the importance of Local Intermediate Governments in the European Union.
Representatives from Local Intermediate Governments and associations from different European states were in the event and gave an overview of the situation of these administrations and the future challenges they face, many of them related to the reduction in funding by the central states, which as a result, is limiting the effectiveness of these administrations and thus the services offered to the citizens.
