On November 6, the IGTrain project launched its second press release to the Belgian media and other European institutions dedicated to training throughout life.
“IGTrain: Training to Train.- intergenerational transfer of knowledge in the workplace” is a European project where Partenalia is an active and dissemination responsible partner.
Partenalia’s mission at this stage of the project is the implementation in Belgium of the programme training to trainers for workers aged 50+.
IGTrain is working to improve the employability of people of 50 years and older, and Partenalia is involved in this work that is detected as a necessity of today’s Europe.
Therefore, at each stage of the project Partenalia is responsible to transfer the experiences and the results of the project so that they are exploited by their partners, as good practices developed in Austria, Bulgaria, Italy, Portugal, Belgium and Turkey.
And that is why Partenalia is in charge of translating all IGTrain public documents, both into French and Spanish, and makes them accessible through its website.
