Mr. García Claver, a graduate in economics and business with more than 8 years of experience in the financial and administrative management of European projects, has been selected by the Managing Board of Partenalia to become the new officer in charge of the management of the Grundtvig IGTrain project.
The general objective of IGTrain is to improve the training skills of the employees 50+. It includes the development of a train-the-trainer course. The results and evaluation of this course will be used to develop good practice case-studies to be able to promote the idea of more structured intergenerational learning at the workplace, convincing the employers of the value of their experienced staff. The Delegate of Diputación de Badajoz and Cáceres in Brussels, Mr. Manuel Mendigutía, in charge of the Secretariat of Partenalia, welcomed Mr. García at the premises of Partenalia in Brussels and they met immediately to prepare the participation of Partenalia in the Kick off meeting of the IGTraining project that will be held next 6th, 7th and 8th of November in Innsbruck (Austria).
