As part of the European Year of Creativity and Innovation, ECER (European Cities Entrepreneurship Ranking) offers a pan-European survey of entrepreneurs’ favourite cities.

Methodology of the survey:
Sample of more than 140.000 entrepreneurs
37 cities in 19 countries and in 14 different languages.

5 themes: Environment, Promotion, Ante-creation, Post-creation and Financing.

Cities preferred by entrepreneurs in 2009:

• Stockholm (SE)
• Munich (DE)
• Malmö (SE)
• Helsinki (FI)
